Your Duties

  • Responsible for the handling of various projects (strategy, planning and implementation of marketing activities, consulting, budget responsibility, etc.)
  • Strategic planning and execution of projects and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conceptual development and implementation of target group-specific communication concepts online and offline as well as innovative communication measures
  • Responsibility for uniform brand communication

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies with a focus on (online) marketing or business studies or comparable education
  • At least 3 years professional experience in consulting, account or project management of a communications or digital agency
  • sound knowledge in the field of sales & marketing
  • Experience in the conception and control of (digital) projects
  • Expertise in project management
  • Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English
  • high self-initiative, team spirit and empathy are among your strengths
  • Knowledge of common presentation techniques
  • Creative and analytical thinking, commitment and enthusiasm

Your Duties

As (Senior) Graphic Designer / Art Director (m/f) you will be responsible for the development, design and implementation of demanding creative projects in a team. This position involves responsibility and resource planning.
 

Description

  • Development of new strategic concepts and creative implementation of corporate appearances, campaigns, catalogues, product presentations and brand presentations
  • Positioning and repositioning for various customer segments (print + online) including quality assurance
  • Creation of new ideas and innovative approaches incl. design of graphic and design projects
  • Support from layout to printing. On and offline: Homepage layouts, pitches, advertisements, banners and newsletters
  • Support in everyday business and quality assurance of the individual graphic projects
  • Contribution of conceptual and technical know-how In cooperation with our marketing and project management team
  • Management, inspiration and resource planning of the division

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies with a focus on communication design, alternatively training as a media designer for digital and print media or a comparable training course
  • Several years of experience (at least three years) and excellent skills in the creation and presentation of graphic media (print, non-print, digital)
  • Expert in common graphics programs (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, knowledge of After Effects advantageous)
  • Social Media Affinity and Enthusiasm for Digitalization
  • Good intuition for aesthetics, design and the writing of texts
  • Ability to work under pressure and pronounced flexibility as well as independent and result-oriented work
  • Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English, other languages advantageous
